Provence Estate has enjoyed its second New Residents Welcome Function. Around 30 new residents attended the evening and enjoyed the opportunity to hear more about the Estate and to meet their new neighbours. Provence now has approximately 80 homes occupied and many more under construction. New residents were able to meet representatives from Satterley Property Group, the Shire of Busselton and GeoCatch. Councillor Anne Ryan welcomed the newcomers and gave them an insight into the many unique surroundings that Busselton has to offer. Community Development Coordinator Steph Maynard gave a brief overview on the great events and activities that the Provence Estate has to offer. Steph invited residents to become involved in their new community and added: “Provence is in such a great location being so close to Busselton, and the growing community within the Estate already has such a great feel about it".General Manager of Satterley South West Matthew Whyte updated residents on the plans for the Estate which include a Government Primary School, Village Centre, Community Centre and another landscaped lake.
