Dalyellup Beach - Waterwise Dalyellup Estate

Matthew Whyte, Scott Moorhead and Brendan Toohey
Satterley Property Group, Water Corporation and the South West's leading builders have joined forces to introduce the region's first Waterwise Display Village in Dalyellup Beach Estate.
The village's 17 brand new Waterwise Display Homes are all great examples of just how easy water efficiency can be incorporated into new homes.
Water Corporation South West Regional Business Manager Scott Moorhead praised Satterley and the builders for showcasing the way forward in water efficient home and garden design.
"Some of the most innovative Waterwise ideas have been built into the design of this village," Mr Moorhead said.
"The Dalyellup Waterwise Display Homes incorporate practical water saving ideas that existing homeowners and those looking to build can incorporate into their own houses and gardens.
"Water efficiency is an increasingly important consideration for all homeowners in the face of a drying climate, and people who are building a new home have an opportunity to get it right from the outset.
"Not only do Waterwise homes benefit the environment, they also save you money in the long run."
Mr Moorhead thanked Pre-Primary students from Dalyellup Primary School for their Waterwise messages, which are displayed throughout the homes.
Satterley Property Group General Manager Nigel Satterley said his organisation was very pleased to be involved in the South West Region's first Waterwise Display Village and promoting water efficiency in the Dalyellup community.
Builders with homes at Dalyellup Waterwise Display Village include Plunkett Homes, Content Living, Summit Homes, Ventura Homes, Scott Park Homes, WA Country Builders and Dale Alcock Homes.
